Kona Blue CBD is delighted to welcome Dr. Randy Rogers & Joshua Little, FNP, to our staff of experts in their respective fields.

Dr. Randy Rogers

Dr. Rogers originally came from Dallas, Texas and graduated from Greenhill School as Valedictorian. Dr. Rogers attended the University of Virginia where he played basketball and majored in Biochemistry.

He moved back to Texas where he graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 1985. Dr. Rogers did his internship with James A. (Red) Duke. He returned for his Orthopedic Residency. Dr. Rogers then did a Sports Medicine Fellowship in Philadelphia through Jefferson Medical College.

Dr. Rogers practices orthopedic surgery in Houston going on his 28th year. He also is established in Kona, Hawaii, as the Chief Medical Officer for Kona Blue Plantations.

Dr. Rogers is married to his wife DeLisa, who is an RN and worked in many departments of the hospital. They have 4 grown children and 1 grandchild so far!

Joshua Little, FNP

Joshua has over 20 years of healthcare experience in the Coachella Valley and graduated from Western University of Health Sciences as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Specializing in Internal Medicine and elderly care, he started Desert Care LLC, with his wife who is a Registered Nurse and opened several assisted living facilities throughout the Coachella valley. 

After several years of successfully operating assisted living facilities and running a private, Internal Medicine practice, Joshua changed his focus to medical cannabis.

Joshua established Desert Care Connection in 2019, a state licensed cannabis business, focusing on the needs of the community. Now partnered with several businesses in Palm Springs, CA, Joshua gives educational cannabis seminars, provides individual client consultations and delivers cannabis to those unable to travel outside their homes.

His future looks to increase patient wellness through community resources and cannabis & CBD education.
